Pattress Systems Ltd was commissioned to provide comprehensive building enabling across 20 residential properties in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire, in preparation for the installation of external wall insulation (EWI).

Our experienced team carried out a full range of retrofit enabling services, including:

  • Extending external fixtures such as lighting, handrails, and signage to accommodate new wall depths, using our patented pattress system.

  • Adapting gates and hand railings to fit with EWI and provide continued resident safety and accessibility.

  • Rerouting internal pipework to external positions for EWI compatibility.

  • Upgrading and modifying drainage systems to prevent blockages and improve long-term reliability.
