Pattress Systems Ltd delivered a full package of external fitting and enabling works across 59 residential properties in Newmains, supporting a wider energy efficiency retrofit programme. The project focused on modernising external fixtures and improving building performance.

Our scope of works included:

  • Installation of new external drainage systems across all properties.

  • Replacement of rooflines and gutters to enhance water management and visual appeal.

  • Fitting of solar panels to support renewable energy generation.

  • EWI enabling of external fixtures using our patented pattress system, including security systems, lights, satellite dishes, key boxes, and taps.

During the project, a design change introduced new canopies above doors after lighting had been installed. Thanks to the adaptable and modular nature of our patented pattress system, our team was able to quickly refit and reposition all external lights with minimal disruption, demonstrating our flexibility and commitment to quality workmanship.
